How does our consciousness work?
How to deal with mental blockages, patterns of the past, and self-sabotage?
How can we change the realities we are experiencing, if we are not happy with them?

Our main tool here is the international Avatar Training, which is conveyed in the form of training courses. Its first part is integrated into The Psychic Yoga of the HEART. It corresponds to a large extent to the psychological teachings contained and conveyed in the Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother.( Mira Alfassa).

Cleansing of the vital body ( feelings and emotions ): 

We practice and offer special Yoga Asanas, combined with special breathing techniques, and mental work. In tarot sessions we approach invisible parts of our personality inside and outside ourselves, and communicate with them.

Cleansing of the physical body:

Is done by special Avatar techniques, and traditional Yoga sessions, and activations from different levels of consciousness.

Content:

1. Psychological training, based on the first part of the Avatar course, and the beginning of the Yoga of Sri Aurobindo
2. Yogic breathing
3. Extended Yogic breathing
4. Chacra cleansing and activation
5. Focus on opening of the heart chacra
6. Creating, and integration of formations
7. Final work out.

   Our training is about changing the stories of our life, by learning how to manage our consciousness.

Healing:

In our clinic we are offering: Phytotherapy, Apitherapy, Ayurveda, and amongst various alternative therapies, Psychotherapy, and Hatha Yoga therapy.

Length and costs of training courses:

The training courses usually take ten to twelve days. The costs for the international Avatar course are fixed internationally according to which country the participants belong. The costs for the PSYO-Heart training depend on the number of days participants are booking for.
